Bids

Funding for a BID comes from the mandatory levy and sometimes additional funding from the local statutory authority. This funding and in particular the levy payments should be used to lever in additional funding from the Scottish Government, other statutory authorities and trusts and other funding streams that support the objectives of the BID.

In addition BIDs should seek to develop revenue income from activities and services delivered in the BID area.
