ERS are repeatedly appointed to manage ballots by numerous organisations and companies, including two thirds of all UK local authorities and many FTSE 500 companies.  We have run around 40 BID ballots since the inception of the scheme and have developed a clear and flexible working process that can be tailored to your requirements.

Prime Connexions

Prime Connexions operates in the response handling and fulfilment marketplace, providing services primarily to the financial services sector.  Prime operates at the ‘high end’ of the market with a strong emphasis on service quality.  We provide a fully comprehensive service entirely in-house, from receipt of data files through to the printing and mailing of signed correspondence, inserts, the handling of inbound telephone and mail responses, outbound telephone and letter campaigns, reporting of results in detail or in statistical summary format. 

We are complimented regularly on our ability to meet very tight deadlines and quality standards.  Accuracy is of paramount importance to our clients, as is our ability to handle volume responses professionally and to provide data management expertise.

We believe that we can offer an unrivalled service to all parties involved and we can provide services in the following areas:

  1. Printing and mailing of ballot forms and any relevant inserts. This is an area in which we have considerable expertise and can print and mail all types of ballot form, covering letters and any other inserts from the data file provided.
  2. Handling of both telephone and mail responses.  These can be processed in accordance with client specific requirements.  We can provide a low cost 0845 telephone number for enquiries and can provide a full response handling service between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Friday, and at weekends as required.  Our staff would be fully trained to handle enquiries from businesses receiving ballot forms.
  3. Completed ballot forms can be processed by us and any relevant reports provided on a regular or ad hoc basis.
  4. We can provide an outbound telephone or mail service to follow up ballot forms not returned, if this is considered to be appropriate.

  1. Issuing of initial invoices.  These can be printed and issued in any format required.  We print a wide range of letters and other documentation for major banks and Local Authority clients and we believe our commitment to our quality service in this particular area is key to our proposal.
  2. Processing of payments received from businesses.  We offer a wide variety of payment methods to ensure that it is as easy as possible for businesses to make the required payment.  Again, this is an area in which we have longstanding experience and our organisation handles very high volume payments on a daily basis. Payments will be remitted to the appropriate body on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, as required.  We can remit payment and back-up payment files in any format.
  3. We will provide a full monitoring service to ensure that all payments are received timeously and any default identified as quickly as possible.
